Oil spills are headline news, costing tax payers and corporations billions of dollars. The impact of a single small spill can reverberate throughout an ecosystem and last for decades. CYC has invited Doug Helton, NOAA’s Regional Operations Supervisor to share his knowledge and experience. Bring your family, join us for dinner, learn what has happened, the state of the science, and the impact that you as an individual can make by taking care in our aqua and surrounding environments.
