Cruising | Blake Island Marina

Spend the extra day in February this year exploring the great beaches and trails on Blake Island – just 10 nautical miles south of Shilshole. What a great way to combat the winter blues! We have reserved one of the covered picnic shelters for an evening of shared dinner and warm campfire.

The Plan:

This marine park is only accessible by boat and the island has a large network of trails to explore (even geocaching). Tie up at the marina for easy access to shore. The marina does not accept reservations. If needed, rafting up to 3 boats deep is allowed. Bow and stern piling tie ups inside the marina are also an option although not as convenient. If you prefer and conditions allow, mooring balls are also available to the north and east. Restrooms on shore are open and water is available.

We will meet at 5:30 in the picnic shelter nearest the marina. A Bring an instrument and/or your favorite game.  Don't forget to bring your own eating utensils and plates.
