Hamachi Crew Talk - 2019 Transpac Race Winner

Come to CYC to hear the Hamachi crew speak about their overall win of the 2019 Transpac Race. This was an historic achievement, the first time that any boat from the Northwest has won the oldest and most prestigious offshore race originating from the US west coast. Hamachi left with four other J/125s and sailed the 2,225 mile course from LA to Honolulu in just over eight and a half days.

7:00 - Talk begins

$20 for CYC members, $40 for non-members. Tickets available online until noon on the day of the event. After that, tickets will be available at the door - $5 extra per ticket if paying at the door. 

Tickets include a lovely dinner and dessert (with gluten free and vegetarian options). On the menu: Pacific NW Seafood Fettuccine - salmon, shrimp, scallops and crab in a white wine parmesan cream sauce served over fettuccine tossed with olive oil, lemon, and fresh chopped basil. Served with Caesar salad and warm buttered sourdough bread. Gluten-free pasta and bread available upon request. For vegetarians and seafood allergies: manicotti with basil, cheeses, and marinara.
For dessert: gingerbread with warm lemon curd or holiday cranberry bars. Gluten free dessert option: gluten free version of holiday cranberry bars or lemon squares
