NW Jr Keelboat Qualifier Social

The J/80 Fleet, Seattle Sailing Club, and CYC are sponsoring the 2019 NW Jr. Keelboat Qualifier to be held on Saturday, Sept. 28th. The winner of this event will compete at the Nationals keelboat championship held in Florida in December.

This Friday night social is geared to bring the J/80 fleet owners and other adult sailors together with High School Sailors around the Northwest. A few speakers will talk about the importance of supporting High School Sailing and breaking down barriers between adults and youth. Last year's winners of the 2018 NW Keelboat Qualifier will share a slideshow and talk about their experience at Nationals in Florida.

The event is open to all, and dinner will be $5.00. On the menu: chili (beef or vegetarian) and fixings.
