The January Opti Racing Clinic was hosted by St. Francis Yacht Club and was well attended by CYC Juniors. The next two advanced clinics will be hosted by CYC Seattle at the Shilshole Clubhouse in Seattle.
World Class Optimist Racing Clinics
This year Corinthian Yacht Club is hosting clinics with a selection of world class Opti coaches to provide kids with a unique opportunity to learn from the very best in the world.
This incredible Opti clinic schedule is being hosted at multiple clubs along the west coast, including St. Francis Yacht Club, San Francisco Yacht Club, Royal Victoria Yacht Club and the Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle.
Registration is limited, junior club members of CYC Seattle are given preference for registration, however, registration is open to everyone who wants to participate, subject to availability.

About The Advanced Clinics
For 2011 we are very fortunate to once again have a renowned Argentine coach and former top Opti racer who has been coaching Optis and developing national Opti programs around the world for the last 18 years. Former coach of the Bermuda National Opti team, and consultant for many national sailing teams, he will be coaching the clinics in San Francisco, Seattle and Victoria BC, each hosted by the above mentioned clubs.
Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle is proud to be the lead clubs in this program and will host three events at CYC Seattle’s Shilshole clubhouse in Seattle.
